It's not possible to turn on my phone

If you can't turn on your phone, there may be several causes of the problem.
We found 3 possible solutions to your problem.

Press and hold the Side button until your phone is turned on.

If your SIM is locked, press Unlock.

If your SIM is locked, press Unlock.

Key in your PIN and press OK.

Key in your PIN and press OK.

If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. You can find the default PIN and PUK by logging on to My Account or via the Woolworths Mobile App. Please note: If you key in the wrong PUK ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Woolworths.
